If a person has a personal injury case and it's like they had an MRI and 12 weeks of pt and a doctor recommended PRP spinal injections and the current offer is $12,000 and they would walk away with 4200 or so with that current offer but the lawyer is encouraging PRP injections that cost $15,000 saying that they'll negotiate them down hoping that that will mean that they will give the full policy but what if they don't what if the person ends up with only a slightly larger settlement and that huge extra bull?
